One bracket is made of two single brackets, to make a beefy 4 legs construction. On the bracket an enforcement plate with a hole in it to hold a big bold for connection to the lower side of the mast pipe. The second bracket is 3 legs to fix the mast to the wall.

This should be holding the antenna, together with the winch cable.

The lower end of the mast has a hole. The big bold fixed to the hinge is going through the hole of the mast. This makes the hinge complete.
